Aisha Hinds

Aisha Jamila Hinds is a famous American actress, best famous for the roles she appeared in the television series "True Blood" and The Shield.' Since her debut in 2003, she has proven her skills in the role of an actress, delivering amazing performances on TV shows such as '9-1-1', 1-8-7' and 'Under the Dome'. As of 2005, she was noticed first for her performance as Anna in 'Assault on Precinct 13". However, it was her portrayal of Fannie Lou (a women's activist for the rights of women) on the biographical 'All the Way" film that brought her to the attention of the public as an actress. Hind was also recognized for her performance as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's"Underground," an historical drama. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the show for the third season.
